Już 17 maja 2022 r. wybierzemy swoich przedstawicieli do Rady Uczelnianej Samorządu Studenckiego na kadencję od 1 września 2022 do 31 sierpnia 2024!
Gorąco zachęcamy Was do udziału nie tylko w wyborach, ale również do obserwowania debaty i składania swoich kandydatur. Frekwencja wyborcza w poprzednich wyborach wyniosła 27%. Może uda nam się pobić rekord z 2020 roku? :D
Kto może zgłosić swoją kandydaturę?
Każdy student Uniwersytetu! Czynne i bierne prawo wyborcze przysługuje wszystkim studentom Uniwersytetu posiadającym prawa studenta.
Jak mogę zgłosić swoją kandydaturę?
Wystarczy wypełnić formularz zgłoszeniowy i zebrać min. 20 podpisów poparcia studentów ze swojego Wydziału. Formularz należy dostarczyć na dyżur Studenckiej Komisji Wyborczej w jednym z pięciu wybranych terminów do biura RUSS, D.S. Medyk, Rokietnicka 4, pok.18:

Kto i kiedy wybiera kandydatów?
Jak wspomniano wcześniej - czynne i bierne prawo wyborcze przysługuje wszystkim studentom Uniwersytetu posiadającym prawa studenta. W dniu 17 maja 2022 r. każdy student otrzyma na swoją skrzynkę studencką maila z linkiem do głosowania online. Głosowanie będzie otwarte od godz. 8:00 do 15:00.
Studenci danego Wydziału mają prawo głosować tylko na kandydatów ze swojego Wydziału. Każdy student ma prawo oddać tyle głosów, ile osób wchodzi w skład RUSS z poszczególnego wydziału (np. każdy student Wydziału Lekarskiego ma prawo oddać do 5 głosów; student Wydziału Medycznego, Farmaceutycznego i Nauk o Zdrowiu do 4 głosów; student English Division 1 głos).
Kto wchodzi w skład Rady Uczelnianej Samorządu Studenckiego?
Wg Regulaminu Samorządu Studenckiego § 9. pkt. 1. w skład Rady Uczelnianej wchodzi 18 członków wybranych spośród studentów Uniwersytetu według następującego podziału:
Wg § 28. pkt. 2. W wyborach do Rady Uczelnianej za wybranych uważa się kandydatów, którzy otrzymali kolejno największą liczbę ważnie oddanych głosów na każdym wydziale i kierunku oddzielnie.
Listy kandydatów zostaną przedstawione 10 maja 2022 r. Kandydaci będą mieli okazję do zaprezentowania się w zbiorczym dokumencie, do którego dostęp dostaną po przyjęciu kandydatury przez Studencką Komisję Wyborczą. Sylwetki kandydatów zostaną udostępnione zbiorczo na stronie internetowej, Facebooku oraz przez UMP Mailing.
Dodatkowo kandydaci będą mieli okazję wziąć udział w debacie, która odbędzie się 16 maja 2022 r. o godz. 18:00, CBM 1010. Debatę poprowadzi PULS UM - Gazeta Studentów UMP. Wstęp wolny dla wszystkich studentów UMP.
Udostępnienie informacji o swojej kandydaturze oraz udział w debacie jest dobrowolny.

RUSS Elections are coming! On the 17th of May 2022 we will vote for the students’ representatives in Rada Uczelniana Samorządu Studenckiego 2022-2024!
Not only are we encouraging you to take part in the elections and come to the debate but also to submit your candidacy! The voter turnout in the last elections was 27%. Maybe we will break the record this year? :D
Who can submit their candidacy?
Every PUMS Student! All PUMS Students have active and passive electoral rights.
How can I submit my candidacy?
You have to fill out the application form and get a minimum of 20 students’ signatures. Students that put down their signature have to study in the same Faculty as you. Filled out forms should be submitted to the Students’ Electoral Committee (Studencka Komisja Wyborcza) on one of the following dates to the RUSS Office, D.S. Medyk, Rokietnicka 4, pok. 18:

Who chooses and when are the RUSS representatives chosen?
All PUMS Students can vote in the elections. On the 17th of May 2022 every PUMS Student will receive an email on their student account with a link where they can vote. Voting will be open from 8 am until 3 pm. Only students from a particular Faculty can vote for their candidates (e.g. English Division Students can only vote for the English Division candidates). Every student is allowed to cast as many votes as the number of people from each faculty that are included in RUSS.
Who is a part of RUSS Board?
According to the Student Union Bylaws § 9. pkt. 1. the RUSS Board is composed of 18 members elected from all the PUMS Students as follows:
According to § 28. pkt. 2. In the elections for the Students University Council the candidates that received the most valid votes are considered elected.
List of candidates will be published on the 10th of May 2022. All the candidates will get a chance to present themselves in the offical document. Candidates will be granted access to the document after submitting candidacy to the Student Electoral Committee. All the candidates will be presented together on the website, Facebook and via PUMS Mailing.
But that’s not all! Candidates will be able to take part in the debate that will take place on the 16th of May 2022, 6 pm, CBM 1010. Free entry to all PUMS Students!
Publishing information about the candidates and participation in the debate is voluntary.
